Online Price vs In Store Price
Each item on our website has two prices. This is to insure the best possible price for both our online customers, and our in store customers as well.
Your Online Price includes shipping, insurance fees, and is tax free when shipped outside the state of Oklahoma.
Your In Store Prices are for purchases made and picked up at O'Connor's.
Payment Methods 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We accept personal, business, and Cashiers checks. Please allow 5-7 days for checks to clear. Orders will ship within 24 hours of cleared payment.
Cancellations and Returns
Any order may be cancelled prior to shipment without penalties or fees. All unused, non-damaged items in their original unopened containers may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from. Call or email for return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning merchandise. Customer may "Refuse Shipment" under our return policy. Round trip freight charges will be deducted from your refund. No returns on special order items or equipment.
Damaged Shipments
Please take time to inspect your purchase. We take great pride in packing your order to prevent damage. Damage must be noted on the delivery invoice before you sign. If the carton is damaged on the outside, please note on the delivery invoice "Possible concealed freight damage". Although damage is visible on the carton, it's likely no damage has occured to the product. Open and inspect the product, call or email us if damage has occured. If there is major visable damage, please refuse the delivery and note on the delivery ticket "Refused, major damage". In any case, we will absolutely take care of you, our customer.
Product images and incorrect prices
We provide the most accurate, up-to-date images and specs as provided by the manufacturers. However they are are subject to change and availability. Pricing errors are not common. In the event of a pricing error posted on our website you will be notified prior to payment processing. You may cancel without penalty.
